Hjelle is a condescending Hjoke with a limited command of the English language.
"Our wonderful city staff spent the next two weeks working with Councilmemer's Hjunemann and Rossbach helping them understand the project".
First of all, I recommend changing 'wonderful staff' to 'what remains of our staff'
Secondly, he needs to remember plural - no appostrophy; possessive - appostrophy
Third, was Hjelle born a Hjackass, or was this Hjust something he aspired to do?

Oh yeah, one other thing...
Hjelle asked that we thank people in uniform. The orderlys at Regions Psych. Unit wear uniforms, when the come take Hjelle, be sure to thank them......
Foot soldiers? Has the man lost what's left of his mind. Next he'll be equating his experience with Hjesus.
Oh my, please forgive me Jesus. Let me use someone else...Hmuhammed maybe, or how about Hbuddah. Maybe Hmussellini or Hhelvetica (you know the type).
