I wonder if our city manager also spends a lot of time writing letters to the lottery telling them that their Powerball billboards are wrong, because those big jackpots represent total payouts over time by annuities rather than a lump sum or net present cash value?

It wonderful to see Copeland start to circle the bowl before he heads down the drain and back to cable access TV.
The more he writes and speaks the funnier it is. He is almost too easy of a target. Wait until the Review shows how much the taxpayers of Maplewood will actually end up paying for the gang of 3's actions.
